We were excited once we discovered 3 bedrooms in our home had original, oak floors (1959) beneath the carpet. Not knowing the involvement in restoring older wood floors, we were grateful for Elliott’s professional opinion. He addressed potential problem areas and the process for the best outcome for restoration. On top of that, we had two significant areas around the edges of the floor that needed to be replaced.
